While submitting your logo, please make sure it's within the uploaded size referenced in the customisation process. Your artwork approval will be emailed over and once approved, production of your order will begin. It's important to note that any delays in the approval process may impact the scheduled delivery date, so we kindly request your prompt approval to ensure a timely delivery.
All file types are accepted as long as the resolution is high quality. For all first-time customers there is a £20 fee for logos or graphics to be converted into an embroidery format (digitising), this a one-off fee and your embroidered artwork will kept on file for free repeat setup on all future orders.
To make sure the quality of the final product is of a high standard, please make sure the submitted file is of any of the above. PDF files must be created from vector files. TIF and PSD files are suitable for single colour prints.
The preferred file types for print are AI and EPS files, these will ensure a high-quality finish, it's really easy to spot difference between a Vector (EPS / AI files) and other formats, if you zoom into a vector the edges will still be very clean with no jagged edges or distortion.
